I'd like to be able to delete a server from the list by ID.
Example delserver 1 would delete the first entry.

I use one znc to join random networks to assist users all the time, sometimes i add ip's or long url's and it is always just one server added and i delete it shortly after. It would be really nice to be able to just delserver 1 and go on, otherwise i'll have to listservers and copy it and then delete it.

This continues to be a feature request of interest. From #znc-dev on libera.chat:

<Wollino> DarthGandalf hi :) I have a request for you. could you implement within the addserver command the possibility of automatically adding a sequential identification number of the server just added to be able to then delete it later in a simple and quick way in bulk if it is deemed necessary?
<Wollino> How can you do it with services to eliminate channel access lists. for example "delserver 1-9" or "delsever 1,3,7,9" or "delserver *" to empty the whole list.
<KindOne> Open an issue on github about it?
<MetaNova> ^
<MetaNova> not a bad suggestion
<Wollino> MetaNova: can you make it to me please?
<MetaNova> you don't have a github account?
<Wollino> in this time I no have access
<MetaNova> looks like it's already an issue
<MetaNova> https://github.com/znc/znc/issues/335
<ZNC-Linker> https://github.com/znc/znc/issues/335 “Delserver arguments” (open)
<MetaNova> I'll bump it

Specifically, as desired:
delserver 1-9 deletes server IDs 1 through 9
delserver 1,3,7,9 deletes server IDs 1, 3, 7, 9
delserver * deletes all server IDs for the attached network

Edit: posted a bounty
