I live in the UK and we changed from GMT to BST. I went to my ZNC settings and set GMT+1 to correct my time however, I noticed it actually took the hour off. I had to set GMT-1 to correct the time but BST is actually GMT+1 hour. Please fix this.

Hrm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tz_database#Area says:
"In this style, zones west of GMT have a positive sign and those east have a negative sign in their name (e.g "Etc/GMT-14" is 14 hours ahead/east of GMT.)"
How this should be fixed? If TZ starts with GMT, switch + and -?

Thats ok. Just thought I would report it as it is the wrong way around imo. I have it working with -1 but still think it should be fixed to +1.

@adaminsull Is there a reason for not setting Timezone to either BST or (better) Europe/London?
The latter abstracts away DST.

GMT, switch + and -?Yeah, BST is one hour after GMT so BST should be GMT+1 IMO.
Edited: sorry, I was wrong here
