The differences between znc-msvc and znc 0.026 can be found here: http://stuff.irsoft.de/pub/znc-2012-11-09/

It would be nice if most of that stuff gets merged (e.g. the size_t stuff seems like a good idea). This would simplify maintaining znc-msvc
