Hello there.
Are there plans to add a dropdown box for language to Global Settings page so that setting to be default to new users, welcome page when we open znc for sign in and other places?
When I open the browser, enter the ip and port, znc loads with the English language.
If I create a new user, at bottom it is English set, and at top I see "....Add User".
If I try to create a new user without username, it obviously shows the error but at top it says "...Error".

Additionally, ask the user that runs znc --makeconf the language as first question.
znc --makeconf
[**] Welcome to znc first run thingy version x.x.x
[??] Which language you want to use? (list with English being the default)
(number - language title) eg: 1-Dutch,2-.........
then the next questions having them localized

That will probably work but I have LANG LC_ALL and other values set to other thing then en_* and znc --makeconf, welcome page before login and some parts after login remain in English.
String that belong to the --makeconf don't appear to be translated.

Or use the values from $LANG, $LC_ALL, etc

Yeah, I'm not saying that it's implemented now.
Just giving a suggestion. Maybe it appears done in a future version.
