VSC still insert --- for opening and closing, rather than +++, any idea?

here's part of my setting.json

   "frontMatter.taxonomy.frontMatterType": "TOML",
    "frontMatter.taxonomy.tags": ["hugo","shortcodes","markdown"],
    "frontMatter.taxonomy.categories": ["work","home"],
    "frontMatter.taxonomy.indentArrays": false,
