Describe the bug
After I initialize the project, It just hangs. There is only popup "Project initialized successfully". But the screen stays hangs with the loading bar keeps animating forever. Even I disable and enable the extension it doesnt work. I also tried the beta version it doesnt work as well

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Vscodium, Download Frontmatter extension
2. Install new astro blog template project
3. Initialize project from frontmatter dasboard

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Device:

• OS: Linux
• Front Matter CMS Version 10.12.0
• Browser Chrome

Node lookup and script preparation ran outside the try/catch that sends an empty response on failure. Discovery also sent no response when the script returned no output or its JSON output was missing.

The try/catch now covers configuration discovery, script preparation, and Node lookup, so failures are logged and return an empty collection list. Script copying is awaited before execution, and missing output also returns an empty list.
