Describe the bug
Two sentence fragments should be combined on the extensions welcome screen.
We try to aim to make Front Matter as easy to use as possible, but if you have any questions or suggestions. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us on GitHub.
Ideally, the sentence should tout a positive and confident tone.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install FM version 10.8.0.
  2. Go to 'Welcome to Front Matter' screen in VSC.
  3. See error.

Expected behavior
Text should read as: We aim to make Front Matter as easy to use as possible. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us on GitHub.
