Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Today we have an internal CMS thats understand everything on false if it's not specified. But if I use the FM Template or change from Editor/FM Panel from true, to false for example, the frontmatter has a lot of options that can be hidden, because they are false/default.

Example:

id: showcase
title: Showcase
content:
  hiddenFromSidebar: false
---

content: hiddenFromSidebar: false it's the default value anyway, so no need to be displayed on file. We have this because we have a lot of options on frontmatter header. If we need to add anything even if false, will be a lot of entries that was not really needed for our CMS.

Describe the solution you'd like
Like when option, but for the same key and on the fly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Another new config, that can mark some keys as a "default" value so they are not written on markdown file.
