agessaman 43ead04a07 fix(acl): delete a room's stored entries at every key it used ...

Codex confirmation round: deleting a room removed only its rows at its
current key. Rows a rekey's failed cleanup left at an old key kept its
label, so a room re-created with that name on that key loaded them. A
delete now drops every row under the room's label; names are unique, so
no other room holds it.
