Return full identity_key from /api/identities endpoint #56

On the feat/companion branch, the GET /api/identities endpoint truncates the identity_key to 16 characters in repeater/web/api_endpoints.py:

"identity_key": identity_key[:16] + "..." if len(identity_key) > 16 else identity_key,

Because of this truncation on the backend, the frontend UI is unable to copy the full identity key to the clipboard when managing room servers or companions.

Could we update this to just return the full key?

"identity_key": identity_key,

The frontend can handle visual truncation via CSS while still allowing the user to copy the complete key.
