I would like to request native firmware support for the Elecrow ThinkNode M7 in the openhop_modem project.
Hardware Specs:
MCU: ESP32-S3
LoRa: Semtech LR1110 (or SX1262 depending on the version)
Connectivity: Ethernet with PoE (IEEE 802.3af), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
Why this board is relevant:
Because of its built-in PoE and Ethernet support, it makes a perfect permanently installed gateway / room server for openHop Core deployments. It eliminates the need for unstable Wi-Fi connections for the host bridge.
Since I own this device, I would be more than happy to help test any early or experimental builds if a developer is willing to compile a test-firmware but lacks the physical hardware.
Thanks for your great work on this project!
