The OpenHop Repeater update did not complete fully due to the plugin manager.
Here is the message displayed:
Plugin manager is unavailable
The repeater is still running, but plugin lifecycle actions are offline until the openhop-plugin-manager service is restarted and enabled.
Fix it by running the native upgrade helper from the host source checkout that installed this repeater: sudo bash ./manage.sh upgrade That upgrade step installs the missing service unit before enabling it.
If that checkout is missing or very old, clone a fresh copy first on the host, then rerun the upgrade. If it already exists and is only slightly out of date, update it first instead. For example:
cd openhop_repeater/
git pull
git switch dev
sudo ./manage.sh upgrade
Then refresh the dashboard.
Plugin manager unavailable
When I run "git pull" in /opt/openhop_repeater, I get :
pi@PyMC:/opt/openhop_repeater $ git pull
fatal : ni ceci ni aucun de ses répertoires parents n'est un dépôt git : .git
pi@PyMC:/opt/openhop_repeater $

If you're not running Zindello's Ultrapeater, then I dunno.
I am running the Zindello Ultrapeater and I was able to fix this error by re-running the install script from Zindello.
sudo cp /etc/openhop_repeater/config.yaml /tmp/backup_config.yaml
sudo wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zindello/ultrapeaterzero/refs/heads/main/dietpi-configs/Automation_Custom_PreScript.sh
sudo chmod 777 Automation_Custom_PreScript.sh
sudo ./Automation_Custom_PreScript.sh
sudo cp /tmp/backup_config.yaml /etc/openhop_repeater/config.yaml
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl reset-failed openhop-repeater
sudo systemctl start openhop-repeater
