if you enable debugs in the config.yaml it might show the issue.

With Debug, there are not new infos. Seems problem with pin16 Interrupt.

Serial via usb also dont work, openhop cant find the radio.
Waveshare sx126x is CP210 UART : Bus 001 Device 003: ID 10c4:ea60 Silicon Labs CP210x UART Bridge
And not VID=1a86, PID=5512.

This sounds like the uart version not the spi version of the board?

This sounds like the uart version not the spi version of the board?

Why does RX works fine? The Waveshare has Jumpers for 3 modes: "use with usb CP210x UART Bridge, use with spi, use with serial"
spi: TX not possible, problem with interrupt, RX ok
usb: CP210x, not VID=1a86, PID=5512.
serial: openhop not supporting serial

BTW: Both Waveshare Boards have the same Problem. Waveshare TX/RX Examples works very well.
