ingestor: rename potatomesh_instance to instance_domain env variable. do not make this a breaking change and accept both env but streamline forward.

I spend an hour yesterday with this one 😄Haven't upgraded for a while and since the ingerstors and web are on different places, I forgot that these vars are different for web and ingestor apps.
