fix the charts view the make the x-axis dynamically adjusted to the available data spanning from now to oldest data rx time.

change the wording from "past week" to "1000 most recent updates" or something like this. consider adding a label to x-axis indicated time of day.

do not change logic on nodes stats detail pages.
