From the neighbors api endpoint, retreive all neighbor connections. display each tuple as straight line between the two nodes. do not render a line if one or both of the nodes have no position data. use the line color based on the source node who heard the neighbor. avoid duplicates, only render neighbor lines once unless both neighbors report the same connection, in that case two directional lines are valid. do render neighbor lines before rendering node positions. also, respect render priority by roles.
