Check telemetry api to see if we have environmental data.

On nodes that have environmental data (temperature, humidity, barometric pressure), add these fields to the node table in the frontend and into the popup overlays when clicking a node.

also, use telemetry to update the node table for other stats such as battery, voltage, uptime, channel and air utilization, etc.

in node info card elements, only display telemetry that is not empty and not null.
