The ingestor should default to check for a serial device on /dev/tty*, e.g., /dev/ttyACM0.

If this does not work, fall back to a default TCP device on http://127.0.0.1

If this does not work, exit the script.

A defined MESH_SERIAL should always override the defaults if provided, e.g., MESH_SERIAL=/dev/ttyACM2 should be using the ACM2 serial port, a MESH_SERIAL=http://192.168.0.189/ should be using the TCP port on that IP.

Additionally, add support for bluetooth. MESH_SERIAL should also be able to accept a BLE device address, e.g., ED:4D:9E:95:CF:60

Using a meshtastic.ble_interface. Try to integrate this into the ingestor script seemlessly and allow forwarding bluetooth data the same way we do forward serial and TCP data to the POST apis.
