Id like to see if we can fix or add an option for MV to be able to parse the nodeinfo exchanged info when it is passed to another node.
For example, when a node sends its nodeinfo, if gateway does not hear it, it is not added to MV.

so if MV can parse exchanged transfers and read that info, it would be nice if that would add a node to mv. otherwise we get nodes in MV but are missing info cause it was not heard directly from a gateway.

Example, i saw this with the logger we use on our end, same one you guys use. snippy.
Anway, the logger services were down, and so it did not hear/see a nodeinfo, but i used my node to exchange info with the node that was not heard, and it sent its info back to mine and the logger mqtt listening script parsed it and it was good again.

is this possible? to not just read the broadcast nodeinfo but the source > target nodeinfo too? like the image above?

let me know if this is confusing and ill rewite more info/examples.
