bbspost with '#' in a body isn't possible, ie. https://github.com/SpudGunMan/meshing-around/blob/8312f4e683cf05c554b7782d7df9b0bc20002855/mesh_bot.py#L1197

accidentally found out when I was posting a link with # in it, and fixed by adding 1 as the second argument to the split().
