Is it a permissions issue just try copying the file manually?
Nor sure which file and where?
Iam not installed bot under /opt (just said n while asking), it is just under it's home dir for non priveleged user, install.sh looks a little bit buggy for that, and required to be run twice fro installation completed properly.
And now update.sh diong something that cause this error 48

The line is how you gave it is git pull working, I just changed it to a -n cp to make it "more safe"
