Cool, I also upgraded the core to better handle this test on a new pull and ramp it back up to 160 see what happens

Iam trying to make this bot to be more helping to newbies.
Right now network are growing and sometimes parts of town just in a split, so when newbies joined network - sometimes noone will answer when it asks.
So i have added some news of the network, some news about recommended devices that i tried already and it's easy to use.
