Well.

Could you please add an option for the bbs lists to make it's formatting more pleasant?
It's ok for the small screens to have bbslist:
#1 bbsnews1, #2 bbsnews2, #3 bbsnews3

But way more easier for understanding:
#1 bbsnews1
#2 bbsnews2
#3 bbsnews3

It would be also great to have option not to delete message right after sending, but save it as sent maybe.

Right now when bot sees node, it just sends mail message and removes it from db. In my area coverage isn't very good so this message can be easily missed. It would be nice to have an option for saving and not direct mail send but just a notification about. So we can also just write messages and get the mail also.

Iam asking only for freedom of choice, if our community reports it is not working we can just disable this option for example.

Atleast tc2 can fromat it's output easily.

What do you mean by that?
As far as i tested it, at the moment node was visible it sends mail to it.

Just to make things clear - iam not talking about smtp or something, when iam thinking about messaging it's about bbspost nodename message system.

Btw, i have playing around with news file, and yes, new lines works fine.
So formatting can be used as far as i can see.

I have sent bbslist, and i got as a resonse:

Msg #1 Welcome to meshBBS Msg #2 test Msg #3 JustABot

It would be nice to have formatting option to provide it like this:

Msg #1 Welcome to meshBBS
Msg #2 test
Msg #3 JustABot

Or even without Msg but formatted.

It's an official android client and it works for tc2 bbs or your bot with a news file for a empty new line for sure.

Btw, if i remove empty newline from news.txt it will also start diong it on one line only. So i assume this is a clue of this problem.
But in fact i assume you are right, newest android client version is a bit broken.

Same; I can't replicate this, it looks how it is expected (nice layout
) on iOS android and tdeck which is what I use for a user experience pool.

Are you in utf8 on the android? Or something else which may disturb character set?

Well, I have joined to the beta program for the beta version 2.7.2 and it looks like it works way much better now, at least for the formatting.

Will test it for some time to make sure.
