Disabling dopeWars generates errors - NameError: name 'dwPlayerTracker' is not defined #43

Good evening,

I tried changing dopeWars = False in config.ini

I get this when interacting with the bot with text that is not command, the actual commands still work. The problem goes away when I switch it back to dopeWars = True
