bbshelp response omits bbspost @node #message (DM/mail) syntax #133

Description

When a user sends bbshelp, the bot replies with:
BBS Commands:
'bbslist'
'bbspost $subject #message'
'bbsread #'
'bbsdelete #'
'cmd'

The bbspost @nodeNumber #message and bbspost @nodeShortName #message variants
— which send a direct mail message to a specific node — are not listed, even though
they are documented in the README and work correctly.

Location

modules/bbstools.py, function bbs_help() (line 64 as of current main):

return "BBS Commands:\n'bbslist'\n'bbspost $subject #message'\n'bbsread #'\n'bbsdelete #'\n'cmd'"

Suggested fix

return "BBS Commands:\n'bbslist'\n'bbspost $subject #message'\n'bbspost @node #message' (DM)\n'bbsread #'\n'bbsdelete #'\n'cmd'"

This adds one line distinguishing the public post syntax ($subject) from the
direct mail syntax (@node), which are meaningfully different operations. The
added text keeps the message within typical Meshtastic DM length limits.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Send bbshelp as a DM to the bot
  2. Observe the response — @node syntax is absent
  3. Send bbspost @<nodeShortName> #hello — it works despite not being listed
