Using MC-Term version 0.9.9 on LilyGO T-Deck plus, the screen does not switch off even after the configured timeout. But as soon as I rotate(!) the trackball after the timeout has passed the screen turns off (in a needless fade ...).
UI settings:
Disp. Brightness: 12%
Disp. Timeout: 30s
Keyboard Blink: Enabled
KB Blink Dur: 120ms
KB Timeout: 10s
Display Blink: Enabled
Display Blink Dur: 140ms
Autolock: Disabled
Autolock Timer: 30s
