Describe the bug
When selecting a repeater or a room server from the Contacts page, I can click "Msg" in the top banner and send a message to a room server (without a password) or a repeater. I've confirmed via an observer on LetsMesh that the traffic is getting sent. However, since repeaters and room servers are not built to receive DMs, the message is lost.
In the default MeshCore phone app, the UI prevents users from DM-ing a repeater, and "sending a message" to a room server requires logging in first (actually properly publishing to the room).
It would be great if the "Msg" button was disabled or warned users that they could not DM a repeater, and that it would redirect to the login flow for a room server.

This seems to be fixed in 0.9.8: no Msg button visible for repeaters and room servers. @nwithan8 feel free to reopen if you disagree! :)
