Need to power cycle to make the device usable again.
v0.9.14, T-Deck Plus.
After quickly doing some stuff in the `Mgmt` screen, it is now stuck, and USB serial continuosly emits
```
Now I have it again, some more details:
* I was browsing the map before. Some tiles (as usual) do not load on first try.
* I was enabling WiFi, to download more detailed map tiles in other regions.
* Then it happend that the UI froze.
After some time, the UI was usable with long lags between each small update.
Between each UI update (e.g. scrolling the channel list up by a few pixeld) a line like
```
[26686924][E][vfs_api.cpp:332] VFSFileImpl(): fopen(/sd/MCTerm/prefs.txt.tmp) failed
```
is emitted.
To get some idea about the frequency, here a few log lines (timestamps can give idea about frequency):
```
[...]
