Cannot sync time from GPS. #311

Describe the bug

I was outdoors several tens of minutes, had stable GPS fix.

For testing, I set the time to be several minutes off.

I went to Mgmt → Date/Time and clicked besides GPS Time on Sync.

Time was not synced.

Tried a few times without success.

Which device are you using

LilyGO T-Deck Plus

Which Firmware are you using

v0.9.12.3

In #283 it is described that "Sync from Msg" does not work.

Fixed in v0.9.14

GPS Time → Sync sets the clock once GPS has a fix; it keeps trying for 30 s and tells you if it fails.

After reboot, time is always restored to a once set wrong date in the future. #314
