I did write two messages to a public channel, and on the display there were partly drawn on top of each other by one line.
Going forth and back in the UI to different places eventually resolved the issue (but not after a first switch to another screen).
Photograph showing two messages beeing drawn on top of each other:
Photograph how it should be (after it did resolve after I went forth and back to different places in the UI):
ADDENDUM: Now happened with a received DM, too.
ADDENDUM 2: Now it happened that I had an extra blank line between two messages in a DM chat, which also did go away after switching forth and back in the UI.
If this happens, the lower message can be moved down too much so that the last line of the message is not visible (even with scrolling).
ADDENDUM 3: Happens quite frequently now after some usage and messaging time.
ADDENDUM 4: A good way to make this going away seems to be tapping on a message and vieweing it's details.

Fixed in v0.9.14
(same fix as #181): messages no longer overlap. Shared helper!
Difficult to test, closing.
