What are you using as Storage? Internal or Sdcard in Mgmt / Global - storage

Fixed (v0.9.12.2) HotFix

  • Channels lost after reboot when primary storage is the SD card (channels were written to internal flash but loaded from SD).

Hallo Bernhard
wenn ich die Bin datei vom Indicator auf dier Sd karte kopieren würde hat es da ein immage was die sd karte erkennen kann um dann das update installieren zu können, oder gibt es auch eine automatische version wenn der indikator über wifi betrieben wird?

Actually this is not working, but it sounds like a good idea to have this possibillity. I will take it on my list 🤗

hi Bernhard
i have an problem for the update with the RAK2040, How do I do that? You can't do that with the MeshCore flash, can you? Sorry, I'm still a bit of a novice 🙈🤣

Seems like you mean RP2040. One of the guys was explaining it very easy:
Put Indicator in bootloader mode by using a paper clip and pressing the internal button behind the little hole in the bottom while plugging in the USB cable. This will produce a disk drive that you copy the .uf2 file to then the Indicator will remove the drive (reboots the RP2040)

That will solve your issue and bring new features (sounds, sdcard support) to indicator👌

Btw. Wiki -> User-Guide (Ai gen) knows now flashing part: https://github.com/dabeani/meshcoreterm/wiki/UserGuide-(Ai-Gen)#22-flashing-firmware
