Describe the bug
Heltec V4 TFT Expansion KIT - no LoRa Transmiting - spectrum analyze show - no transmitting in air.

Which device are you using
Heltec V4 TFT Expansion KIT

Which Firmware are you using
v0.9.12

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. flash full or merged firmware
  2. try to send some text - spectrum analyze show no transmitting in air.

Additional context
try to do full erase and flash firmware again - but same result

Transmission exist, but TX power more lower then in Heltec MeshPocket on 22dbm
