What actually should happen is that a scroll gesture is interpreted as a scroll gesture and not as a (long or short) tap, even when there is nothing to scroll.

**Describe the bug**
When I open a sent message, I usually quickly want to scroll down to see the repeats.
When there are no repeats yet, the message details just fit on the screen, so no scrolling.
What then happens is that the [UI locks for ~2 seconds](https://github.com/dabeani/meshcoreterm/issues/232) and then displays "Selection copied".
What actually should happen is that a scroll gesture is interpreted as a scroll gesture and _not_ as a (long or short) tap, even when there is nothing to scroll.

Fixed in MC-Term v0.9.14. Scrolling a message detail with nothing to scroll no longer copies the text. Copy starts only after a drag / hold.
