BLE transport to Android MeshCore app not working #189

Quite possibly I am doing something wrong but I just flashed v0.9.12 to my T-Deck (regular) for the first time and cannot pair it with the MeshCore Android app (v1.43.0), despite the BLE transport being active. I know the t-deck works because it paired on Meshtastic, and I've since cleared the bluetooth connection profile from the Android phone, and I know the MeshCore app works because I was able to pair it with a different (non-T-Deck) MeshCore device via BLE.

What I'm actually seeing:
[on T-Deck]: Mgmt > BLE > confirm that Active = Yes
[In MeshCore app]: BT Connect > (Bluetooth is scanning...) > "No devices have been discovered yet"

I have tried turning BT on/off on the the phone and on the t-deck, and rebooting both devices.

Same issue on v4 tft. It's active. Just nothing can see it?
