It is currently possible to mark contacts as favorite, and it is possible to filter (which is actually "sort") the "Contacts" view on a-z, last heard, and last msg. It would be great to be able to filter or sort on favorite, too (favorites at the top).

Tap on Contacts Tab to scroll through sort options (mentioned in my User Guide). Having favorites as a filter would be nice too.

Yes, tapping the button allows you to scroll through three existing filter/sort options. I've added "currently" to make that a bit more obvious in my original report :).
