Describe the bug
Update & Upgrade on freshly installed v0.9.10-merged results in : Can't fetch manifest Error -1

Which device are you using
LilyGO T-Deck Plus

Which Firmware are you using
firmware_tdeckplus_v0.9.10-merged

To Reproduce

  1. Erase and Flash other LilyGO T-Deck Plus firmware
  2. Download firmware_tdeckplus_v0.9.10-merged.bin
  3. Erase and Flash firmware_tdeckplus_v0.9.10-merged.bin
  4. Configure WiFi settings on LilyGO T-Deck Plus
  5. Enable WiFi (and notice that WiFi is connected and WiFi icon is Green)
  6. Select Mgmt -> Global -> Update & Upgrade
  7. Receive error -> Can't fetch manifest Error -1

Additional context
I was able to fix the issue by flashing an older version firmware_tdeckplus_v0.9.7.bin over v0.9.10, and over doing this the Update & Upgrade worked perfectly and upgraded the T-Deck Plus to v0.9.10

i can not tell you what really is the problem, but after turn off and on the device (cold boot) it works every time!

I did a fresh install of 0.9.11 and I have the same problem again, even after a cold boot of the device I still get the "Manifest fetch failed : Error -1" error. After flashing the 0.9.11 bin over the 0.9.11-merged bin I don't get the manifest error anymore, but I get the error "Update failed : WiFi SSID not set"... while the WiFi SSID is correctly set and WiFi is connected and working. After flashing firmware_tdeckplus_v0.9.7.bin over 0.9.11 the WiFi updates are working again and the T-Deck was able to update itself to 0.9.11 over WiFi.
