opencode-agent[bot] f95c15d526 Fix docs and CI inconsistencies ...

- Promote Custom Content to ## heading in README
- Add docs/content.md to Documentation links section
- Normalize GitHub Actions names (CI, Docker, Docker MQTT Broker, OpenCode)
- Add path filters to CI push trigger and Docker PR trigger
- Remove .github/workflows/** from path filters (prevent self-triggering)
- Add Makefile to wget download instructions in both setup sections
