I am hoping to push to Docker Hub when I get a chance, but currently you'll need to have a GitHub account, create a personal access token and login into GitHub Container Registry (GHCR) for now

The problem is when downloading the repository only from “ipnet-mesh”

Your screenshot has a mis-spelling, you missed the last t from latest, e.g. docker pull ghcr.io/ipnet-mesh/meshcore-hub:latest and not ghcr.io/ipnet-mesh/meshcore-hub:lates.
Can you try to pull the meshcore-hub image with the latest tag?
Trying to work out if its a organisation permissions issue or a repo level issue.
Also, did you create a Classic Token or a Fine Grained Token? I believe you need a Classic Token.
Interesting.

Can you try again now. I think I found the organisation setting to make packages public and have just set meshcore-hub and meshcore-mqtt-broker to Public.

Excellent. Sorry about that. I'll post this issue I used here for future reference, but the setting wasn't particular obvious as it said it was for "creating packages", not pulling.
