User experians multiple problems with BLE-connections

@rich257 I have stopped the service on the Pi and tried to run the branch from the command line yet the branch/command line won't connect to the device. Any ideas? Says not paired.

v1.9.11 has this issue. Debug log has
DEBUG:meshcore:Command error: [org.bluez.Error.NotPermitted] Not paired
yet Pi desktop UI says device is paired but not connected.

V1.9.10 Works ?
V1.9.11 Works not

before start de script remove the cache rm -rf meshcore_gui/pycache
clear the debug logfile
bluetootctl remove aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
possible you have to reset your device ( you have to set the correct properties again with your companion app)

bluetootctl

scan on
wait till you see the macaddress of your device
pair aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
trust aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
connect aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
exit
bluetootctl disconnect aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff

start script with debug on the correct macaddress, portnumber and ble_pin

After start when goes wrong stop the script and put here the output of

debug file
journalctl -u meshcore-gui -n 300 --no-pager

The problem is that the test procedure is completly followed ,

local on Ubunbtu 24.4 LTS
on server raspberryPi5,

and both test where and are okay .
I have to dig.

Pi 3B+ with Bookworm
Worked on 1.9.5 and did not work on the branch or with 1.9.11, I have not tried intermediate versions.

Previously I had not run install_ble_stable.sh and now 1.9.5 won't connect either, so that would appear to have something to do with it?

The bluetoothctl commands all work happily.

The logs would not seem to add much, they claim 'not paired' however the Pi desktop says paired.
