whatsnew.md went in with the fix; architecture.md and troubleshooting.md
did not.

- architecture.md: new section on why one impossible coordinate blanks a
  whole map (Leaflet clamps latitude, not longitude), the four places the
  check is applied, and why a corrupted `type` is logged rather than
  normalised. app/geo.py and geo-utils.js added to the file tree
- troubleshooting.md: user-facing entry for the blank map and the
  world-spanning route, naming the two log lines that identify the
  offending adverts, and saying plainly that updating is enough
