CSS changes:
- Use 'height: 100dvh' (dynamic viewport height) for mobile browsers
- Fallback to '100vh' for older browsers

and top navbar disappears after sending a message.

- Added maxlength=200 to textarea
- Added live character counter (0 / 200)
- Visual warnings: orange at 75%, red at 90%
