I did some research about this and looks like the enclosure elements are not relevant for RSS feeds. The easiest thing to do here would be to just remove all the enclosure elements, as they don't have any additional value (correct me if I'm wrong).
An additional note, Feedly is not showing the feed correctly. All the new blog posts that were added are fine but for some of the old ones the image is missing. This is because Feedly is still using the old paths for some of the images. I'm assuming that Feedly stores some data on their end and therefore this isn't something we can control.
Today I sent a message to the Feedly team and I'm waiting for an answer to see if they can help us.
EDIT: There's one more point that I want to add. From the last blog posts that we added it seems like Feedly is using the open graph image and saving it on their end somehow. I'm assuming this because for all the new blog posts the image shows up (image below) while for some of the old ones (that also have the open graph image) there's no image. Once again, I think our best bet is to wait for a reply from the Feedly team.

We've had OOB communication with the Feedly team, who are looking into whether it's feasible to clear whatever caching on their end is causing this. Given there's nothing more we can do on our end to resolve the issue that doesn't involve an out-of-scope amount of work, suggest that we close this issue.
