Currently we don't have any placeholder for the lazy images, we just load an empty space. @cwaring suggested we should use a greybox loading placeholder, which I agree.
We should consider this in the near future.

An image (png) would be better so we simply use the src-placeholder prop. Using an svg might be tricky.

PNG it is, then. This one is the full dimensions of the hero image if that's helpful. We'll eventually want to replace with something approved by @ericronne, but this will do in his absence.
