After adding the flake input, we also need to import the module before services.gitea-mirror is available. Most places missed this.

Thanks, you are right. Only the quick start snippet in the deployment guide showed the import; the README, NIX.md and the production snippet went straight to services.gitea-mirror, and the README snippet even put inputs.gitea-mirror.url inside configuration.nix, where it does nothing.

Fixed in #434: every snippet that enables the service now shows the input in flake.nix, imports = [ inputs.gitea-mirror.nixosModules.default ]; in configuration.nix, and notes that inputs has to reach the module through specialArgs.
