When the bot mode enabled and message comes through hops to it, is the rssi levels related to the node heard by bot?

Example confused me:
Pong! SNR: -4.5, RSSI: -85, Hops: 2

This is the signal from the last hop: signal quality of the packet heard by the receiving node.
