This option will enable users to mirror videos without downloading them and then uploading them to their machine, but it will prevent them from saving and archiving videos, and transcoding locally (and if the PeerTube instance for a channel does not support transcoding they will not be able to transcode).

The tool will still have to download thumbnails.
