Right now the tool ignores the language in specified in the YT video and uses the language specified in the configuration file for the channel. Change the tool to use the configuration file as a fallback in case no language is specified in the YT video metadata.

Language is specified at the channel level in YT. The only language specification per video is for the video title and description. Improvement will use the YT channel language to set the language of the video in Peertube. If no language is found or the language is not supported by Peertube, the language is set based on the channel configuration.
