Hi

  1. When downloading a video, the maximum resolution is 720, how can I raise it to 1080?

  2. How can I transcode videos before uploading them to peertube so they don't burden the server?

Picking video resolution when mirroring a video does not currently work, but it will in the future, and local transcoding does not work and is not going to be supported.
