Right now you can decide whether to download YT videos and then reupload them, or directly mirror them using Peertube HTTP import. if they are downloaded, the user can define in the conf whether to delete them after completion. If HTTP import is used, the user loses the ability to archive videos on their machine.

Instead what will happen when this issue is closed is all uploads will occur using Peertube HTTP import, and AFTER that is done, if the user wants to archive videos, they will be downloaded from Peertube instead.

This saves on user bandwidth because they never have to upload videos at all, nor download them if they do not want to archive them.
