Running without a valid device config leaves "Settings" stuck with "Loading configuration" #35

Environment:

  • v3.4.0 release zip
  • no meshcore device plugged in or configured
  • desktop browser (Chrome)

Loading the GUI, the Settings page is stuck on "Loading configuration..."
And constantly generating "Reconnection failed" notifications every few seconds.

Probably not important to fix, but it does mean the other settings sections can't be accessed.

Hm, yeah not exposing the settings is somewhat intentional, at least for the radio, but maybe we can calm down the notifications and I can see about unlocking some of the other settings panes.
